Terms & Conditions
All Originals and Premium Prints are shipped flat in hard cardboard envelopes or boxes. Cardboards or foams are added inside for optimal protection.
Larger Art Prints are shipped in 8″ shipping tubes. This size ensures that the prints will not be rolled too tightly, and can more easily flatten back out after shipping.
All orders are sent by the Chunghwa Postal service and a tracking number is provided.
The price of shipping is determined by your location and the size of the purchased original piece.
Please allow 2 weeks (usually faster) of preparation before delivery. Orders are then shipped with Express Mail, which according to Chunghwa Post can take approximately 1-3 business days for Taiwan orders. 7-10 business days for international orders, timing will vary depending on your local customs office.
An email will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped, which should be within 48 hours.
Customs duties and import taxes are charged on delivery. I do not have any control on eventual additional charges that may occur once the package has reached its destination. Please note that I do not offer a refund on these fees.
Please contact your local post office if you would like to know more about these fees in your country before you place an order.
If the item arrives damaged during shipment, please contact me within 10 days at email@example.com with clear pictures of the damage and a short explanation.
Since every original piece is unique. I access all damages on a case-by-case basis and I may proceed to a refund or an exchange, depending on the situation and your wishes.
If the print arrives damaged during shipment, I will gladly send you a replacement print.
TERM: Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and outgoing shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. In order to receive a full refund, the work must be returned and received in its original condition, in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, any loss in value will be deducted from the refund.

Whilst every care is taken when shipping the originals, post sometimes gets lost or delayed. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will try my best to locate your order.
Please note that all copyrights remain with the artist. Therefore, purchasing an original illustration doesn’t allow you to use it for commercial, promotional purposes, or exploit it in any way. If you would like to license an illustration, please contact me with details about your project.
